Wifi boosters thoughout park free for all guests! High Speed free wifi is coming at the end of 2021! Our local provider is installing fiber optic to our property entrance which will allow us to speed up our wifi throughout the park by over 10X!

Catch and Release Fishing Ponds

Although it is not quite Lake Conroe, Towering Oaks RV Park at Bailey Grove does have stocked fishing ponds, offering residents a peaceful reprieve at the end of a long day.

BBQ Pavilion and Entertainment Area

Overlooking the scenic pond and the massive oaks guarding the property and Little Lake Creek that flows to Lake Conroe, the BBQ Pavilion offers a place for residents to grill and socialize. We also have game fields for residents who want to set up and play corn-hole, horseshoes, croquet and other outdoor activities.

Walking trails and Paths

Surrounded by the serenity of the forest, guest have access to park areas with benches to get out and breath the fresh air outside the city and to take in the beauty of Montgomery County.

Dog Parks

Towering Oaks RV Park at Bailey Grove is pet friendly. All animals must be on a leash at all times, we have a dog park where you can let your pooches run free…just please clean up after them!

Laundromat

Towering Oaks RV Park at Bailey Grove has washers and dryers available for use for residents.
